I am a barber of 25 years and want to open my own shop; an associate owns a shop and willing to turn the shop over to me. I have a business license for barber management. But I have no existing savings. Can I receive a grant? Can I apply for grant with an existing business? Please help with your great information. Thank you very much in advance. |
