Yes, cottonseed oil is great for biodiesel. As long as the WVO is not solid at the lower temps you should be fine. And if he changes it twice a week it should be better quality than a lot of others that only change it once.

Treat the chippy owner well, keep the oil area clean and tidy, and hang on to your supply!
