Still off topic, but power stations have plenty of CO2 & waste heat to permit algae growing & processing.

I think this project will be using the bagasse to produce producer gas which can be processed into long chain molecules, suitable for use as diesel fuel (possibly using the Fischer - Tropsch proces)
