If you are going to use an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container, or 'pod') get a UV stablised one. You pay more (not much) for the UV stable ones as they are in demand for any use where they get left outside. Alternatively shelter it somehow. 1200lt of Bio on the ground is a big mess to clean up.
