The Ebay guy is just being enterprising, if not totally honest.
Recently drove a vehicle I used to drive full time back in yr 2002.
This vehicle was manufactured after the intro of low sulphur and now
has over 800,000 km and still pulls like it did when it was new. Nothing
has been done to this engine, so would seem the low sulphur diesel
has not hurt this engine.

My ute manufactured in 1991 well before the low sulphur diesel started to leak
from the IP approx 12 months after the sulphur was reduced.
Had the IP recon due to low sulphur.

Just find it strange everyone complains about low sulphur and the damage
it does but we have vehicles running on the stuff for years and km without any problems.
My view is the manufacturer's of newer vehicles have seemed to have solved this issue.
Your thoughts everyone???
