SVO or WVO is also thicker than diesel and biodiesel. If changes to be made. Should it be adjusted to work with both fuels in two tanks system?

IMO
I think that finding a happy medium is the key for a two tank with a bias towards the WVO as most of the time its running that.

Biodiesel in my case i would tune it just for that. If biodiesel runs so well in a engine meant for Diesel then i'm sure that diesel will run well in a engine setup for biodiesel.
