Re: Obtaining WCO in Melbourne

If they (the restaurant) don't know they could be paid for it, Just offer them a reliable service for free,Please don't offer them to pay for it, Since starting the club in 2004 I've seen the WVO marketplace change form a waste resource that the restaurant had to pay to have removed, to today having a market value of as much as 20c a litre at the restaurant and as much as 80c a litre for WVO filtered, dewatered and stripped of FFA's. The stuff your likly to find will be full of water , food particulates and emulsified FFA's. Don't pay good money for the aformentioned crap you have to remove. ALSO in that time nothing has changed about the restaurant's responsablity to adhere to EPA and health dept. requirements to have the WVO removed and not stockpiled on site, as some restaurants and pubs are doing, holding out for a good price. At the end of the day they need it removed.
