I have a hot water heater and am trying to work out if the 22 liters of oil that will not drain because the lower outlet is 200mm from the bottom. will this become an issue when new oil is added, to the titration results. Or is there a drain on the bottom of the HWS. I can not see one as there is a cover on the bottom. If anyone with experience could help i would appreciate it
