As fuel, I don't think so.
For new oil, clean and dry, $0.80 per litre would be a bargain price. My take-away pays $42 for a 20 litre drum.
8000 litres/day - There could be a market, if you could get a big transport company, or several big transport companies, to convert their trucks to run on SVO, but you would have to guarantee them the oil supply. They would be currently paying around $1.50/litre for diesel.
Why would you sell it for $0.80 per litre when you could sell it for cooking for $2/litre?
