I was asked in a private message where I got my filters with the clear tops from. I don't know if you can buy anything similar but I made mine myself after the diaphrams in the primer pumps gave out. You can see them in this pic.
One possibility would be to mount a water trap type filter upside down. On vege they are useless at removing water anyway, may be messy changing the filter
