Hey, it's on my list - I've not forgotten, but my time is a little thin at present, family is sick and on school hols, which leaves me little time for tinkering.
The back end of the fleet section is the hardest part (payment gateway), so it is not as simple as it looks on the outside. Still, I might just add one and then worry about the back end later.

no worries - I will stop hassling you about it - I understand - looking after your family has to come first!

I am going away in a three weeks so if it is at all possible to get it started before then it would be great.

Anyway, as for this fleet section, how about I add it under the industry part? Would that suit?

That sounds good except perhaps we can make it a Biofuel Fleets rather than strictly biodiesel?

OK, it is now in there. I've made it "biofuel fleets", but it is still under a section for biodiesel industry.
Let's look at where to out it properly later when it gets some more content. Once it has something in it, we can think about any restrictions it may require, but for now it is open access.
