    Heading West - any Veg Oil for Sale?

    Hi All,

    I'm heading on my annual pilgrimage from Melbourne to the West Australian goldfields for the winter and run my Nissan patrol on WVO. I am hoping there are some folk who might have some filtered veg oil they are prepared to sell me along the way (ideally around Kalgoorlie, but anywhere through South Aust would also be helpful).

    I'm heading off in the first week in May and will be returning late July.

    Dave, If you are coming to Perth Metro area, I can usaually supply a hundred litres or more of filtered veggie oil at short notice.

    '84 Mercedes 300D. 1 tank, no conversion. Replaced engine with rebuilt OM617A turbodiesel engine. Finally had good power. Engine donor for W123 coupe. (body parted out and carcass sold for scrap.)

    '99 Mercedes W202 C250 Turbodiesel (my darling Wife's car)[sold]

      Hi Tony,

      We are quite keen to get over to Perth this year, so would love to take you up on your offer. I really appreciate your willingness to help me out. I'll let you know closer to the time what date we'll be there, but I suspect it will be the first week in July.

      I look forward to seeing your 300D conversions as I have 3 sitting in the carport waiting to be converted!!
