New Source $2 inline fuel filters

Since the $2 Super Cheep Inline filter jumped to $3.99 I have been on the lookout for another source of cheap inline filters.
Today I was in the big smoke at an independant auto parts supplier and found a similar inline filter for just under $2.
Purolator Part number F59011 says it is interchangable with Z14

Just as an aside, I have been using the F63180 diesel fuel filter in my KZN130 (93 3L TD Surf) for some time. These filters are on the list you have provided, George, but do not mention the Surf as one of the vehicles they fit. They are good and cheaper than others.

Has anyone fitted a fuel filter to their Citreon C4 HDi or Peugeot 307? Anything to watchout for? I have been looking for a technical manual, but not having any luck.

Also, where can I get a compatible fuel filter at a reasonable price? And what is a reasonable price? I'm in Melbourne.

            Thanks.

My throw aways cost $5.50 here in Tas, I'm thinking of buying them in bulk as I have them on my boat, generator, tractor, ute and we are just about to buy a diesel passenger vehicle 4x4.
