F250 PS Fuel Rail Modifications

I am currently converting my powerstroke and was trying to figure out how I want to pressure regulate my rails after I open them up on the back end. I was wondering what type of pressure regulator would serve to keep 45 psi on the side of the rails, and 0 psi returning to the tank. Any idaes?
