I've been searching (like we all do) for weighing scales and share with the group what I located at Jaycar Electronics, Brookvale NSW. These weigh with an accuracy of 0.01 gms from 0 to 100 gms. These are called pocket scales and they can be tare set, which means you can put a weighing container on the weighing platform, press a button and it resets to zero. I bought NaHo Sodium Hydroxide from Thrifty Hardware Stores in a 500 gms container for aboutt $5 Called "Diggers" Caustic Soda 99% pure. They are very fine granules and its easy to weigh to the second decimal point. The scales can also be calibrated and they supply a standard weight for calibration. Brand name "Satrue"Price $112 sid.
