Low Titration oil

I did a few titrations on the latest batch of wvo, I use the chopstick titration method with phenolpthalein,now with every titration I end up adding 3/4ml to 1ml of titrating fluid to achieve the right result. I have been using KOH not NaOH.
Know my question is, should I be concerned at a low titraion level, as in the past the oil from the same supplier titrates at approx 2-2.5ml?

Hello Akazi

If you have not made new titrating fluid and you have performed the titration at least twice I would trust it.

Ya thanks for that info Tilly, its the same titrating fluid I used about 2 weeks ago from the same batch of KOH and that batch turned out fine, it was just very weird which is why I did the titration three times.
