Can anyone relate how using BD has improved or fixed their car?
I reckon BD cleared up a minor surging idle problem I used to have.

It certainly cuts down on exhaust smoke and that is most definitely a problem worth fixing! -

I had an 81 gemini diesel and the fuel filler was right over the rear mudflap.
No matter what I did, fuel would always run out of the filler down onto the Mud Flap. (I believe it was a comunist Plot).
The Mud Flap slowly desintigrated and after about 14 months fell off. The only documented case of biodiesel actually causing Natural rubber failure on a car.
The Car was always fast. 0-60 in under 30 seconds!

The best engine and drive train ever put into a car!
Main reason I bought a Holden Rodeo is that it also has an izuzu engine as the gemni's did

Hello Jacka
The body suffered terminal Rust. Once the mud flap fell off there was nothing holding the car together.
The engine is now being installed in a boat.

Biodiesel cleaned 8 years of baked-on, petroleum diesel soot from my exhaust system.
Biodiesel from animal fats....twenty two chickens to the litre.Comment

I have a couple.
A mate has a 3litre turbo diesel Surf which he has setup for off road work. In fact we were out yesterday bashing around the Brindies. Well he happened onto 100litres of high quality Biodiesel and found that his fuel economy improved? I thought that strange but he swore by it and the biggy was that he found the engine ran between 4 and 6degC cooler.
Now I have one....
Sometime ago (begining of grass cutting season) I added approx 100mls bio to 10litres 2 stroke fuel and forgot about it till today, for the past 2 years the victor has been a pita to start but the last few weeks she has become a one puller job as if new.
500mls will be going into the mrs Toyota Sillycar tomorrow.

On a serious note, are there readily available (preferably second hand) outboard motors that are diesel, in the sub-50hp range?
