I am currently writing a substantial paper on Biofuel strategy, development and decision making. I require input from Biofuel 'experts' by the way of a simple questionnaire and possible interview. They the could include academic, environmental, industry and governmental personal. I'm looking for up to 200 worldwide.

A broad understanding of the current Biofuel environment- such as economic, environmental, policy & technological issues would be a great advantage.

Any leads you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
