| Question: cleaning ethanol still
Hi, Does anyone know the best way to clean the components of a still? In particular we are using 55 gallon steel drums for our mash but we are not sure how clean they are as they are not new. http://www.wcvillage.com Thanks, Danielle |

Depending what they were used for, you need to take different actions.
BTW, the IRS boys will want to speak with you. The largest still allowed without a licence (in Australia) is 5 litres, and then only for distilling water or essential oils. Regards, Tony
