Glad you have posted this in the biodiesel section. I looked under the bonnet of one to look at doing SVO, and there was no spare room for anything! I have heard they are god cars.
Not a common Diesel vehicle you see in Australia, but one is currently for sale on E-Bay. I have no connection with the seller so I have not listed it in the Classifieds section, but I thought it may generate some discussion.

They are excellent cars and are very reliable if maintained properly.
I know of other Toyota "Grey" imports which are diesels also. Most have the same 2Litre diesel engine.
I agree about the "shoehorned" engine, barely enough room to add an additional disposable fuel filter.

Just acquired a 1992 corolla diesel. Should be a beaut to run on bio. Any suggestions where I might put a fuel filter Tony? Your right , not much room, some help would be great!
