WVO availability

Hi all

would it be possible to import WVO to South africa from wherever, we have a problem here that the new oil dealers are buying the WVO and exporting it to Zambia, and north Africa as recycled oil, and all they are doing is filtering the WVO and selling it as recycled oil,{not fit for human consumption}
