Fatty Acid composition of oils
I have attached an image which shows the Fatty Acid composition of various oils, it also shows the MP of these fatty acids and of the methyl/ethyl esters of them.

The Iodine Value (IV) is also shown.
Note: low IV is important for use as fuel or biodiesel feedstock and IV and MP have a generally inverse relationship.
