Filter/Heaters

Hi folks,

Please accept my humblest apology if this has been covered. I did a search but did not find exactly what I was looking for (except to be careful of the Rycos!)

Has anyone had experience with this particular fuel filter heater:
FUEL HEATER KIT-WVO-BIODIESEL /WATER SEPERATOR/FILTER. - eBay, Air Intake, Fuel Delivery, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 09-Aug-08 10:40:44 AEST)

It is made of plastic. I emailed the supplier who replied that it was capable of withstanding temps of at least 250 C. He also said the container was high quality plastic.

Any feedback much appreciated.

whoflungdung is generally pretty helpful
Re: Filter/Heaters

I'd recommend paying a bit more and getting a quality heated filter from the US ebay site. I ordered on 10 days ago and its now at the post office ready to collect.

Thanks mate. That's exactly what I am doing. (Those lucas ones)

They have a (water) sedimenter in them which can't hurt.

That said - I read in another post while searching that the sedimenter is useless with WVO.

That is not what I was lead to believe.
