Bio diesel plant help request

Hi a friend of mine is working on creating a bio-plant, he has purchased an expensive machine to do it all for him. Its not working to well and he needs help to get it working. he cant read or write so needs practical help in Mt druitt. Please email me if can help Travellingbenny@gmail.com
