i work at a BBQ restraunt and i was wondering if i could use the grease from cooking the beef and pork and chicken?

Yes! you can make biodiesel from aniimal fats.
It will have a relativley high melting point which will limit its use as B100, especially in winter, but you should be able to make a fuel which is usable in blends with other biodiesel or petroleum diesel.
Please search the forum for "Tallow"
