I will still be going to Melbourne for Christmas, but as it works out I will fly back to Brisbane. I was looking forward to tripping along the east coast and saying hello to you again.

I have tweeked my system once again, now got two fuel tanks on the back held down with a 2.5t strap. It still looks pretty agricultural but at least those badboys aren't going anywhere! I was silly enough to go off the beaten track without the drum strapped down properly - let's just say my timber floor got an unexpected oil coating .

I'll be driving the ute down to the folks place, a 1200km baptism of fire. If anything is going to go wrong I imagine I'll find out about it on this trip.
