It definitely is shipped with Windows 10 64bit Home Single Language Simplified Chinese Edition.
It may also come with a Chinese keyboard instead of an English key board but the pictures I have seen shows a qwerty keyboard.
Unless you are fluent in Chinese, you will need to install Windows 10 English and possibly purchase a wireless/ bluetooth qwerty keyboard.
Apparently installing the windows 10 English language is neither expensive nor time consuming if you know how.

Anyway, if you are looking for a new high performance computer for around $50 and are computer savvy this certainly looks interesting.
I am tempted to buy one and just install a linux distro on it
