Hi all,
anyone know where to get Potassium hydroxide flakes around Mt Isa. I travel to Townsville often so anywhere around there would be ok. I currently get it delivered to my door but the price just jumped from $70 to $105 for 25kg bags. I used to get it for $50 a bag that source has dried up. Anyway any help would be good.

In Townsville the place is Australian Chemical Supplies on Ingham Road near the show grounds. About $75 25kg KOH,

For Mt Isa try the Yellow Pages under Chemical Supplies.

Thank you. That is where I have been getting it from. Nothing comes up in yellow pages. Will keep looking. Anyone no of any alternatives to KoH?
