Re: How do I plumb in a heat exchanger?

This how I've set up my 1hdt, much different to how I've done others and will need a few runs to prove itself and remove any problems. So far have done over 100klms on it with no problems, but tomorrow it will do close to 500klms and that will test the system out.

Am using the subtank for dino/bd presently until have it all sorted, then will put a 5.5lt tank in the engine bay for really long runs and use the sub for oil as well.
