B100 is running fine in my 99 1HZ

Probably about 80,000ks about 60% of the time (I travel a lot where it is hard to get).

Ciao for now
Andrew.

Came in late but B100 and the 1Hz are fine. You and the engine will like it, just may pay to get the timing checked as it will relate to fuel usage, driveability and general satisfaction. If its returning good anough economy on B100 then leave it alone.

Being an indirect injection diesel its quite easy to check the injectors and clean them if dirty, it makes an AMAZING difference to have clean or new injectors in one, depends on how many km's the old girl has done. There are marine grade injectors that are a tad better than the default Toyota ones but I cannot remember their part numbers.
