Laurie has been running his 1989 626 Mazda on B100 for over 100,000 k's and can assure you the fuel tank and lines are now pristine in cleanliness, with no gunk from Fossil diesel left to clog up any filters.
Laurie has installed in this diesel mazda a heating coil in the fuel system so you could potentially run this car on SVO, or even run in alpine areas while burning Tallow biodiesel. However Laurie has never actually run it on SVO as he had a good BD reactor going in his shed. Rego ROU.482 with 328,000 K's on the clock.
