Access Energy, a distributor for Caltex, now have B5 outlets at Bogas stations in NSW at Hexham, Tamworth, Gunnedah, and Quirindi, but only on an experimental basis. B20 also available, but only to commercial. Look at

Can I suggest that bd users and would-be users urge access energy to spread availability around a bit more. I would like to see retail availability at a few points along each of the major highways, and at least one outlet at each of the major cities. Surely that would be a much better test of demand, if that's what they are after. Spread the word and pressure the distributor.
Even DIY bd users can't get from melb to bris on 1 tank.
