This is interesting enough to blog (which I have) It would be interesting to see how much energy it takes to carry out the process and produce Hydrogen.
Making Hydrogen would be a great market, gravity is not strong enough to keep hydrogen gas it in the atmosphere, it all diffuses into space. There's lots tied up in water though, so we won't run out....
