    hello every one im new to this forum my name is eckart, my question is, is biodiesel suitable for use in an under ground coal mine.

    The Medium Length Answer:
    Biodiesel produces less harmful emissions than petroleum diesel. Biodiesel does not cause any damage to the engines it is used in. A short term issue relates to the biodiesel killing off microbes in the fuel tank (they live in and on diesel) and will result in frequent filter clogging during the first few tanks of biodiesel.
    Some aged fuel hoses may need replacing soon after commencing biodiesel use.

    The Short Answer:
    YES

    This is one area where biodiesel has measurable health benefits to the users.
    Life is a journey, with problems to solve, lessons to learn, but most of all, experiences to enjoy.
