I have come up wiht this Idea for heating the WVO, as you all know the Mewthanol is highly flammable liquid and is lawys in the baack if your minds about sparks and naked flames. I was able to get my hands on a couple of hot water Systems a 250lt and a 80lt. If you cut the top off you can use it to heat your oil there is already a drain plug in the side to get ride of the settled stuff. You can heat it upto 80c, insulated and low risk of fire.
All you need to do is run a seperate circiut to your place for manaufacturing. Use 2.5 rated cable and 20amp breaker. Put a 20amp power point on the wall and use some good 3 core cable for the heatt othe wall with a 20 amp power point and your away.
heating system with less risk and you can go upto any size you want 400lt if you like or as small as you like 50lt
