  • B100 in Dandenong

    Hi,

we are a small scale commercial biodiesel producer based in Dandenong.

We currently sell to commercial customers, but are thinking of selling direct to the general public if there is sufficient interest - so is anyone in the Dandenong area interested to buy B100 ?

    cheers,

    Karl

    Hello Karl,
I am new to this but is B100 able to be used in a WVO vehicle?
    Cheers

      Marg,
There is no problem using B100 in a WVO converted vehicle.

The conversion allows use of WVO, it does not preclude the use of diesel or biodiesel.

What are the details of the conversion on your vehicle?
      Who did the conversion?
How long has it been converted?

      Regards,
      Tony

        Re: B100 in Dandenong

        Hello Tony,
I can't give you detailed specs of my vehicle because half of the conversion lingo I've forgotten (oops).
It was converted by a guy named John Hermanns from Clifton Creek.
I've learnt a bit more about my Toyota TownAce Camper since I first posted.
It has SVO and B100 printed on the tank.
I am unable to lift and treat any Waste Oil I get so I am looking for people near me (Melb) who might have surplus to sell.
I'm also hoping that Thomastown Biodiesel is still operating (would come in handy for me).
So thanks for your answer ...
        Cheers
        Marg

In an ideal world there would be co-ops everywhere and we'd all be happy...
