biodiesel process components

I have some firm specs for anyone willing to advise price and availability of a continuous process biodiesel plant capable of producing 5,000 litres per day and up, with an oilseed extraction plant on a separate platform, to include recycling of glycerol for example back into methonal and whatever else is required to make it pretty much self-sufficient.

There is an equivalent system available ex UK, from http://www.greenfuels.co.uk/greenfuelsab.pdf, but we would like to be able to source components and build the thing into a container frame here if possible, with the added capacity to make it a closed system so we do not have to be buying in and transporting extra chemicals all over the place, with the distances we experience here in Western Australia.
