An outspoken critic of natural-gas drilling in Western Garfield County wants to see non-extractive, alternative energy given the same attention as fossil fuels and thinks he has a way that could reverse what energy sources are dominant.VIDALIA - A company called U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. will test its newly patented bio-fuel 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Vidalia City Hall.
