(AP) - Alternative fuel plants are sprouting up across Alabama, with U.S. Energy Inc. planning an $87 million project in Tuscaloosa County.The Energy Ministry will soon review the previous government's bio-diesel policy, which forecast demand in 2012 at 8.5 million litres a day.
