Borrowdale Trial Terminated, New Engine Instead?

Spoke to a JetCat attendant yesterday. Got to talking about the Borrowdale BioDiesel trial. He indicated the trial was completed and decision is to install new engines to achieve reduced emissions and fuel efficiency rather than proceeding with BioDiesel. Stark contrast to the Camden council trial and recommendation.

Can anybody else confirm? Any more colour on Borrowdale trial you can share?
