Vehicle Warranties
I am doing research on vehicle manufacturers policies on the use of various blends of biodiesel in their vehicles and how it affects warranty.
As part of the government's greenhouse reduction plan the University of New South Wales is discussing the use of biodiesel in their fleet vehicles in the future, but the issue of warranty is a problem when updating the diesel vehicles in their fleet.
The fleet includes utes, vans, light and medium rigid trucks etc as well as sedans and hatchbacks.
If anyone has information or responses from vehicle manufacturers stating their position on biodiesel use and its effect on a vehicle's warranty, a posting would be greatly appreciated.
