I am making biodiesel using K.O.H. and the prewash method and are wondering if anyone has got any ideas on what I could do with the buckets of runny glycerine I have left over?

Re: Leftover runny glycerine
Find a garage that needs engine degreaser. Maybe you can do a trade with them for something you need.
I gave heaps away to the Richmond TAFE agriculture college. They used it as their organic cleaner for the farm machinery. (I also use KOH)
Find a farmer that needs to 'lime' a paddock. They can dilute it and while they are liming the paddock, they can also add potassium.

You can also give it to the restaurants / cafes that you collect oil from and explain to them that they can use it to wash floors etc.
I know that one of the cafes that I collect from was very surprised what a great job it did and they wanted some for home to clean the BBQ!Paul
