Hoping someone can help, I am lloking to by oil in bulk and have sourced 100% Soya oil in Africa (spec below).
TOTAL FAT .. 14g.......22%
SATURATED FAT.2g.......10%
polyunsaturated FAT 8g
cholesterol...0Mg 0%
total carbohydrate..0g...0%
sodium...........0g........0%
NO PALM OIL CONTENT.
Unfortunately this spec does not mean much to me, but the fat content seems low.
My friend made some bio and it seperated almost immediately, when he ran it in a genny it worked fine.
Would appreciate any feedback.
