I have been wanting to convert my new vehicle to run on bio diesel and as I am starting from scratch itwould nice to set it out correctly so if any one can point me in the right directionso that when I start to strip back what I don't need I will not go to far and like wise I won't bugger up the layout for the new system Cheers Doc

If you had thought to mention that minor detail in your first post then you may have been given useful advice. I will attempt to remedy the situation.
There is a reason BioDiesel is called BioDiesel, and that is that is a fuel for DIESEL engines which can be made from grown crops.
If you wish to use biodiesel fuel and if you have just bought a NEW vehicle, then the intelligent decision would have been to purchase one with a diesel engine.
Now, back to your question "I have been wanting to convert my new vehicle to run on bio diesel"
The first modification you need to make is to sell the vehicle and buy one with a diesel engine.
When you have a vehicle with a diesel engine, come back and search the forum for the information you seek.
Bye,
