I have recently finished converting my second vechile and thought I would share a few photo's. The first 2 photo's are of my 2003 Toyota 100 series Landcruiser WVO conversion. I have also included photo's of my 2000 Mazda Bravo conversion, my WVO collection tank and filtration machine.

In the Landcruiser conversion the WVO is firstly heated through a 20 plate heat exchanger, which I purchased through my loacal home brew shop for $100. I was able to fit the unit to my Ryco hydraulic filter, which meant I did not need to make or purchase brackets. The oil then passes through the filter, into the valve and into a 12v electric heater. This electric heater is situated just before the IP pump. All other parts needed for the conversion (eg. tanks and valves) came factory with the Landcruiser making it an easy car to convert.
Below is a photo of my 2000 Mazda Bravo conversion. The conversion is similar to the Landcruiser, but I have used a stainless heat exchanger instead of the 20 plate exchanger. I have found both work. For this conversion I had to install a second tank and a 6 port pollak valve.

The two photo's above are of firstly; My WVO collection tank, which I can carry up to 400ltrs of filtered oil at any one time.
secondly; My filtration machine , which allows me to filter 60ltrs of WVO to 1 micron in under 5min on site.
