  • Anyone biofueling in the Canberra area?

    Hi Team,

I've just moved from Sydney to Canberra. My plant is in indefinite storage on a friend's bush block until I work out what I'm doing.

I'm in a rental place and I don't like my chances of the landlord approving biodiesel processing in the shed.

Looking for options to continue biofuelling in my Rodeo down here.

Would be keen to chat to anyone making fuel down here.

    Cheers,
    3DB

My plant is basically two 44 gallon drums with cone bottoms in a frame with a stand-alone methoxide mixer made from a 60L LPG tank. All of it fits in a stainless drip tray with a footprint of about 2m x 1m.

180L of raw WVO converts into 160L biodiesel.
