When I made my last batch of bio (250L), I did the titration and the 80/20 thing with 50L of methoxide. I agitated with 80% (40L) of methoxide for 5-6 hours, settled overnight, and drained off the glycerol, several times, until bio came out. Then started the pump, put in the 20% remaining methoxide. I forgot to switch off the pump and came back 12 hours later, and the temp in the tank was 60°C. After it cooled, it washed out looking a little like mayonnaise, but washed cleanly after settling out. However, there's sediment on the bottom of test bottles, and it's settling out quite slowly. What happened there?
