    Bioworks Processor For Sale

    I am sadly offering for sale my Bioworks processor. We've started building since getting back from our trip around Oz and need the cash. As well now run a V8 petrol 100 series, (yeah, yeah I know but we needed another 4x4 to pull the van and it was a good price

    It has been in storage for the past 18 months with no use. Have cleaned it up and checked all valves, hoses. The motor runs fine and pump opperates like new. Offered with all bits and pieces, drum heater, syringes, hoses and the Bioworks manual as well as a 200L drum with about 1/3 drum of the last batch I made.

    Pics attached show it's in good condition although it would be a good idea to replace any hose that was in contact with methoxide before making another batch.

    Think I paid over $3K including freight from WA. It's a quality set up and I am asking $1,000 for whole kit.

    Forgot to mention that we are near Maryborough Qld now.

    What a bargain, bit gutted really, i am just about to finish my processor build, I would have snapped yours up otherwise.

        Any idea of freight to Sydney? When it came from WA was it assembled as is or packed some other way?

          It came fully assembled as you see it. Actually, it still sits on the PlasPallet. It weighs bugger all, but you would have to allow for about 2m3 for freight. I can get a price from one of the interstaters if you wish. Price is FOB Maryborough though

          PS. Am using some of the the last batch of bio in our caravan diesel heater..... toasty warm..... mmmmmm.

            hi there, is the processor still for sale? if so I am interested - would it be possible for you to chase up a price for freight to ballarat (or a depot in melbourne, can pick up easily) ... would do myself but amd escaping the cold and heading to NT for the next ten days, cheers, Mark

                    The thread says it's a Bioworks processor.

                    Bioworks is based in Perth. O'Connor if I recall. Google them as they used to sell these processors as kits. Not sure if they still do.

                        It is a Biodiesel processor.
                        Bioworks is a small company in WA which, IIRC, started making kits of items to make a biodiesel processor and a set of instructions to assemble them.
                        You could buy the kit, or a fully assembled processor.

                        Bioworks is still operating in WA (at last report it only supplies biodiesel to commercial operators)

                          Hi, this Bioworks processor is still for sale. It is in vgc and available for inspection or pick up at Maryborough Qld. Extra freight at your cost. The unit is easy to transport and will fit into the back of a ute.

                              Sorry for delay in reply. The processor is 180L capacity and him makes about 150L washed BD per batch.
