    You just loosen the bolts numbered 4 and there is also one on the back of the pump. They are a little hard to see on the engine, and i had to remove the top mount of the damper for the serpentine...

    Just pull the back cover off and adjusted the full load screw 3/4 turn CCW and turned the idle down one turn. The Musso goes better again. The only problem now is the engine won't turn off..... sigh....
