Tony, I am guessing from your other threads that the Courier is not really suitable as a blending vehicle but rather as a 2 tank system?

OK, The second hand pump (2004) was not suited to the 2000 Courier because of the added electronics. I ended up getting an exchange one fo $1200 and installed it. I also drained the fuel tank and got a half a cup of water out of it. This could have been the cause of my problems.
I am on 100% diesel and have installed a Pollack valve and 5 Litre tank in the engine bay. I am looking at building a Heat Exchanger so I can run 100% veggie in her.
The 5L tank is going to be the veggie tank until I am happy with her operation on veggie, then I will make it the start tank.

    Thanks for your support.
